We offer a 6-month product satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 6 months of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you with a return or resolution.

To start a return, please contact us at support@gladgardening.com with the subject line [Order # Return]. Please include:

• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
• The reason for your return.

Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for the funds to be reflected in your account, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
